Tie, labeled as The Nit Picker, was the male co-host of Next Top Thingy.
Personality[]
Tie is the right hand man (co-host) for Z-Box, and helps him out with the challenges. Tie is one of the more competent characters on the show, but he also complains a lot. He doesn't have much patience with the contestants.
In Are We There Yet?, during a brief argument between Z-Box and Tie regarding his piss-poor job at capturing contestants. It seems that Tie is somewhat of a 'contrast' to Z-box, as he is more level-headed and has decent morals compared to Z-box, who is depicted as a sadist who only cares for his amusement and the ratings. In It's Just a Forest, Tie was lately announced by Z-Box. Then it was revealed that he is going to catch the contestants in the forest. Also he said to Lollipop, that they cannot take a flowery path, to the mountain.
In Are We There Yet?, Tie captured Lollipop, Perfume, Peanut and Yo-yo using a vacuum cleaner. Thus caused Outraged Oranges, to have problems with this challenge. He was also present at the elimination ceremony.

- Tie is an OC created by BeAwesomeOne.
- BeAwesomeOne requested to Retro that he wanted Tie to become a contestant in Next Top Thingy; however, the request was denied. Instead, Retro decided that Tie can become the co-host for Z-Box.[1]
- In one of the cut episodes, there was a plot-point in which the contestants have to save both Tie and Z-Box from a hole that they fell in. The plot-point was most likely the episode's challenge.[1]
